Chaosmosis Stills 6. The Algorithm
1.Hundred curves were drawn out of the random numbers tables. Beginning at any place on the tables, the numbers were transformed one after the other into coordinates. For each curve the amount of random numbers involved was dependent on the first number hit. e.g.:
Each curve is numbered from 00 to 99.
2. The 360 degrees protractor is divided into 16 angles. Each angle has a set of numbers attached to it.
3. A web is drawn out of these curves and angles. The random numbers tables are read and one after the other a curve and an angle is taken, depending on the numbers hit. e.g.:
(For the template #4, circa 2000 numbers were used.)
