What the title here suggests is that in order to make sense, the pieces/letters need to be moved around, recomposed at the beholder’s pleasure.

Thus as the title might become PAINTING, the elements of each painting might have a specific composition, thus a specific meaning for a particular viewer.

Each painting of this series is a grouping of different pieces from different stages or stills of the chaosmosis that took place on the template:

30 different stills or cuts were made with template #3, not unlike what was done for the "silent paintings".

Each piece was numbered in order to know which still it came from and which place on the template it came from.

Each piece was also painted in either black or white, according to the random- numbers tables.

The mix of these pieces was made by random choices, privileging the necessity to pick up pieces from different stills, but from the same place on the template: to get crosscheckings.

The idea is that the chaosmos might be reconstructed by putting back together all the pieces of all the paintings of this series by overlapping.
